Refund policy

AYAMONDS does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Replacements are provided only in cases where the customer receives the wrong product, the wrong size, or a damaged/defective item due to our error. To be eligible for a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a complete, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the issue clearly visible. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
